Yes. We work with active authorities, including newer carriers, and help with broker setup and getting the dispatch process moving.
How fast can you start looking for loads?
Once your setup is complete and we know your truck, location and operating preferences, your dispatcher can start working the market.
Are you going to force me to take loads I don't want?
No. There is no forced dispatch. We bring you the option; you decide what gets booked.
Will I have one dispatcher or keep getting passed around?
You work with a dedicated dispatcher who gets to know your truck and how you like to operate.
Can I tell you what states or lanes I don't want to run?
Yes. Your preferred lanes, home time and areas you want to avoid are part of your dispatch plan.
Are you already looking for my next load while I'm still under the current one?
Yes. Keeping ahead of the truck is part of our dispatch approach.
Do you negotiate or just take whatever rate the broker posts?
We negotiate. The posted rate isn't automatically the final rate.
Do you handle broker packets and rate confirmations?
Yes. Broker setup, rate confirmations and load-related paperwork are part of our dispatch support.
What happens if I sit at a shipper or receiver for hours?
Your dispatcher stays involved with the broker and works applicable detention, layover, TONU, driver assist and other accessorial issues.
Can you work with my factoring company?
Yes. We can work around factoring requirements and broker approval.
Can I switch to Skyline if I'm already using another dispatcher?
Yes. We can discuss what isn't working with your current setup and when you want Skyline to take over.
Am I locked into a long contract?
